Smart Software's Administration system is comprehensive yet simple. The information of students, parents and staff are efficiently managed, and a variety of different lists and statistics can be printed based on the data entered.

As an integrated system, you only need to enter information once. Changes to data are propagated throughout the system immediately and invisibly. Volatile information, such as ages, are recalculated dynamically when required, meaning that information is always up to date.

Absenteeism registers are available for both students and staff. The student register distinguishes between full absenteeism, late arrivals and class bunking. Both registers can accommodate reasons, and both can display and print detailed statistics for any time period.

A conduct system for students is also available. You can define your own trespasses and specify the number of points for each. Entry of student behaviour can be done quickly, and again detailed statistics can be obtained.

In addition to a large number of pre-designed lists and statistics, the administration module also includes a custom list designer for students. Using this, you can create a simple list showing any combination of information, for any group, in any order.
