Terms and conditions

• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• The license allows unlimited users per account.
• The license fee includes unlimited telephone and e-mail support on Smart SMS related issues.
• The license fee doesn't include travelling or on-site support.
• SMS credits must be purchased before messages can be sent.

• We are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any loss of data. It is the client’s responsibility at all times to maintain current backups.
• Software is sold 'as is', and features may be added, changed or removed without notification.
• Modifications to the software are made as and when deemed appropriate by us. New versions are posted on this website. It is not our responsibility to notify users of new versions.
• We distribute to suppliers nation-wide. Suppliers may add costs to the prices quoted above to cover any other expenses they have in distribution or training.
